Easy Hire Aus ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that provides equipment hire management tools to Australian businesses. By creating an account and using the platform, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and operating a legitimate business in Australia to use Easy Hire Aus. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and current.
Easy Hire Aus offers the following subscription plans:

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You agree to use Easy Hire Aus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to store false or misleading information, to engage in any unlawful activity, to infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Easy Hire Aus, including customer records, booking information, contracts, and financial data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Easy Hire Aus provides tools to create and manage hire agreements. The platform does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any contracts generated through the platform comply with applicable Australian laws and regulations, including the Australian Consumer Law. We recommend that you have any standard contract template reviewed by a qualified legal practitioner before use.
The Easy Hire Aus platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Hire Aus and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during that period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
